Gate Greeter Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and hospitality of South Seas. This position is responsible for attending the resort gate, greeting guests, owners, and vendors, and maintaining a welcoming yet secure environment. The attendant ensures that only authorized individuals enter the resort and assists them with directions, keys, parking passes, and other necessary information or services.
Job Responsibility:
Greet guests and visitors warmly
Monitor and control access to the resort
Prepare and distribute parking passes
Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting
Provide clear and accurate directions
Provide keys to guests and vendors
Hand out welcome packets, resort maps, and other materials
Act as first point of contact for vendors, guests, and owners
Utilize the resort's Property Management System (PMS) and Key System
Prepare and submit daily reports of gate activity
Maintain a vigilant presence at the gate
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Management Team
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or security role is preferred
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, proficiency in using a Property Management System (PMS), and basic computer skills
