Job Responsibility

Support the creation of a collaboration-driven product by assisting with day‑to‑day design tasks across full looks and silhouettes
Create flat sketches and technical drawings that accurately reflect design intent, garment construction, and pattern details
Help prepare files, mockups, prototypes, and presentation materials for key seasonal gates
Attend fittings to capture notes on construction, pattern adjustments, and silhouette refinement
Assist in dressing models and organizing samples to support storytelling and design reviews
Maintain and update overview files, line sheets, and seasonal documentation for team alignment
Support sample review by checking construction accuracy and ensuring pattern execution matches design intent
Collaborate with Designers and cross-functional partners to keep information flowing and projects moving
Shadow senior design work to learn construction principles, pattern logic, and how full looks are built
Develop your emerging design point of view through hands‑on work and guided mentorship

Job Responsibility

Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair
Responsible for work order systems accuracy by verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and the tenant’s satisfaction
Ensure maintenance requests are handled as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible and always completed within 24 hours. Inform Property Manager and resident if work delayed due to needed parts
Promptly communicate with the property manager concerning all maintenance issues at the property
