Explore an exciting opportunity for a locum tenens Gastroenterologist in a dynamic and supportive outpatient clinic setting. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform upper and lower GI endoscopies, including biopsies and polyp excisions
  • Conduct small bowel and esophageal manometry interpretations
  • Manage patient encounters with a focus on gastroenterology procedures

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Completion of a Gastroenterology Fellowship
  • Must be able to perform required procedures such as upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy
  • Expertise in internal medicine with a gastroenterology specialization
  • Proficiency in performing flexible sigmoidoscopies and interpreting esophageal manometry
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse patient needs
