Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care primarily to an adult population
  • Participate in consults, follow-ups, and patient rounds
  • Perform emergency procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with anesthesiology and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Certified in Gastroenterology
  • Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand
  • Valid DEA license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in gastroenterology
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
  • Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Ability to manage a diverse set of gastroenterology cases effectively
  • Knowledge of hospital inpatient operations and procedure management
