Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality inpatient care, focusing on all aspects of gastroenterology
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as upper GI endoscopy, esophageal dilatation, and colonoscopy
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain thorough patient records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients

Requirements

  • Board Certified in Gastroenterology
  • Must have completed a GI Fellowship
  • Current medical license (Active or through IMLC)
  • DEA certification required
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Proficient in upper and lower GI endoscopy, including biopsy and polyp excision
  • Experience with esophageal manometry and diagnostic ERCP
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
