MPLT Healthcare is looking for NP/PA’s who Understand the Urgency, Never Give Up, and Have the Courage to Excel in the forever changing medical industry! We have numerous opportunities for an experienced Gastro NP/PA with highly competitive pay rates in Egan, TX.

Job Responsibility

  • Diagnosing and managing a wide range of GI disorders including GERD, IBS, IBD, liver disease, pancreatitis, and colorectal conditions
  • ordering, interpreting, and following up on labs, imaging, endoscopy findings, and pathology
  • providing pre- & post-procedure counseling (e.g., colonoscopy and EGD prep and follow-up)

Requirements

  • OR license preferred
  • DEA
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • experience with flex sigs
  • anoscopy
  • assisting with endoscopy
  • diagnosing and managing GI disorders including GERD, IBS, IBD, liver disease, pancreatitis, and colorectal conditions
  • ordering, interpreting, and following up on labs, imaging, endoscopy findings, and pathology
  • providing pre- & post-procedure counseling
  • familiarity with GI-specific treatment regimens like H. pylori protocols, bowel regimens, and liver disease staging
