Job Description:

We have an incredible opportunity available in London as a service technician. This role is with a leading distributor of large commercial appliances. This individual must hold a valid Gas Technician 2 license to perform service repair duties. The ideal candidate will enjoy traveling in the London area and performing repairs on appliances.

Job Responsibility:

Performing service technician duties
Servicing appliances such as washers and dryers at customer sites (commercial)
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical parts on appliances
Install, adjust and lubricate parts
Replace worn, damaged or faulty parts and motors with minimal call backs
Power wash and clean machines
Communicates with service department when machines should be replaced
Responsible for reporting any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor or manager
Lifting up to 40lbs
Other duties as required

Requirements:

Gas Technician 2 License
Valid Class G Drivers License and a clean drivers abstract
Minimum 6 months of mechanical assembly or technician experience
Must have own basic tools
Ability to work non-standard shifts, work rotations and on call shifts
