Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused person to join the team as a Gas Service Coordinator on a temporary basis. The role is focused on supporting our annual gas servicing programme by contacting customers who have a gas service appointment booked or due. You’ll confirm that customers are available for their appointment or, where necessary, gather alternative availability and liaise with the team to arrange a suitable date. You’ll also carry out quality assurance checks by contacting a sample of customers following no access visits to confirm that we have followed our process. We are looking for someone to work 5 days per week (36 hours)—ideally Monday to Friday—with an immediate start. The contract will run for approximately 2 months. This is a home-based role with one day per week working alongside the team in the office.
