Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team. The Sureserve Group of businesses provides market-leading compliance and energy services across the UK. Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Carrying out day-to-day repairs
Fault finding
Completing annual servicing visits
Meeting first-time fix targets
Maintaining high-quality standards
Focusing on customer satisfaction
Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

Requirements:

Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
Experience delivering high levels of customer service
The ability to work with a diverse customer base
