Roles are full time permanent contracts working 40 hours per week (PAYE only). We’re open to applications from experienced and qualified service and repair Gas Engineers from Glasgow, Edinburgh, and the surrounding areas who are open to travelling for work. These roles involve working in Aberdeen during the week where overnight accommodation is provided, allowing you to return home at weekends. Role Overview: Maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties. They will ensure that the heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality service. You’ll be working across a variety of environments and must be comfortable adapting to different settings and client needs.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties
Ensure that the heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely
Ensure any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
Valid UK driving licence (essential)
Work as part of the On call rota / evenings and weekends (essential)
Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity
Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenants
