Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out day-to-day repairs
  • Fault finding
  • Completing annual servicing visits
  • Meeting first-time fix targets
  • Maintaining high-quality standards
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

Requirements:

  • Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
  • Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • The ability to work with a diverse customer base

  • Conduct inspections, diagnose system faults, fit replacement parts, and complete repairs on all heating and hot water systems
  • Carry out gas servicing, HIU servicing, and system breakdown work
  • Test smoke and CO alarms in accordance with safety requirements
