Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Dubbo! You’ll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Job Responsibility:

Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance
support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture
assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals
complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders
bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job

Requirements:

Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification
familiarity with operating relevant equipment
physically fit for manual handling tasks
strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
ability to prioritise tasks within a small team
valid driver’s licence - minimum P2
confident towing a trailer
hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check
hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check
