A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling requirements of the position

Job Responsibility

Leading the team from the front with a variety of gardening tasks, grounds maintenance and cleaning
Providing coaching and allocating and prioritising work between team members to meet contract specifications and scheduling
Immediately reporting any accidents, injuries, identified hazards and/or risks
Developing positive relationships with external customers, suppliers and contractors
Promoting Aruma services through excellent customer service

Job Responsibility

Keep outdoor facilities clean and tidy, including litter picking, emptying bins, and maintaining pathways and seating areas
Identify and address issues such as weeds, damaged plants, or general wear and tear
Operate and maintain groundskeeping tools and equipment safely and effectively
Support general maintenance tasks and repairs alongside other team members
Share knowledge and best practice with colleagues where appropriate
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-focused attitude
