We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team. In this role you will carry out general household/ commercial garden and lawn maintenance work for our clients across the Dubbo region. Training will be provided to the right candidate with the right attitude.

Job Responsibility:

  • All aspects of gardening, lawn care and grounds maintenance
  • Provide support to the Team Leader to build positive team relationships that reflect the Aruma values
  • Provide support to our supported employees to develop new skills and achieve their employment goals
  • Complete tasks in alignment with instructions from Team Leaders

Requirements:

  • Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation
  • Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements
  • Sound communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a small team
  • Hold a valid driver's licence
  • Must be confident in towing a trailer
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Check or be willing to obtain
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
