Gardener

• Monitor property grounds to ensure pleasant appearance
• Maintain appearance of fountains, planters, and other grounds features
• Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs
• Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes
• Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs
• Edge grass in areas mowers cannot reach
• Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, raking leaves
• Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems
• Remove and bag trash from exterior trash cans
• Operate dump trucks, tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles
• Wash, clean, and re-fuel all equipment after use

• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
• Ability to work up and down ladders
