Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Garden Centre Supervisor to join the team in our Brookside Garden Centre. The hours for this position are 42.5 hours per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must. Our competitive rate for this role is £13.27 per hour. As a Garden Centre Supervisor, you will use your retail expertise to ensure the smooth running of all indoor retail areas, making sure we have excellent shop standards and a knowledgeable and customer focused team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across all retail areas
  • Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Centre
  • Coaching and developing you team of colleagues in all aspect of their role
  • Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW
  • Checking/booking in stock and ordering
  • Till operation and serving customers
  • Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required

Requirements:

  • Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service
