Unity Works is a specialist charity dedicated to supporting people with a learning disability and autism to gain skills, achieve qualifications and secure jobs, so they can reach their full potential. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to assist our Social Enterprise Manager in running our West Hampstead based Garden Centre.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist our Social Enterprise Manager in running our West Hampstead based Garden Centre
  • Assist in the mentoring and supporting our trainees, financial and plant/stock management

Requirements:

  • Comfortable and confident dealing with customers
  • Championing a real commitment to improving the lives of adults with a learning disability
  • Background in horticulture and developing community garden centre business opportunities (desirable)
  • Assist in mentoring and supporting trainees, financial and plant/stock management
  • Driving licence is essential
