Using your clinical knowledge to create and implement appropriate treatment plans to target the goals of the patient with a particular focus on achieving functional goals and supporting independent living
Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GP’s, Surgeon’s, Sports Physician’s and other Health Care Professionals as required to provide effective care to patients
