Garage Cleaner Bus Cleaner

• Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of buses, including seating, floors, windows, and driver's cabins
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Clean and sanitise bus interiors, paying attention to high-touch surfaces
• Perform deep cleaning of buses as required, including scrubbing, polishing, and sanitising
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bus garage and surrounding depot areas, including workshops, staff rooms, and welfare facilities
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Report any damage or maintenance issues identified during cleaning to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company cleaning procedures
• Ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting, is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health and safety practices relating to cleaning
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• A full UK driving license would be advantageous but is not essential
