This role functions as a project-management-style partner—serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, driving clear communication, maintaining rigorous documentation, and ensuring initiatives progress on time and with precision. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The position is designed as a developmental opportunity for individuals seeking growth into an Operations Manager role through hands-on exposure to program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational decision-making.

  • Demonstrate increasing ownership of defined workstreams or initiatives, including facilitating meetings, managing action items, and driving execution as experience grows
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and tracking to ensure data integrity, visibility, and audit readiness
  • Monitor performance metrics and project progress
  • synthesize complex information into clear summaries, insights, and recommendations for both internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps, data discrepancies, and execution risks
  • proactively communicate impacts, escalate when appropriate, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Revenue Cycle, IT, Customer Experience, and external partners to support order execution, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
  • Support change management initiatives by documenting new workflows, communicating changes clearly, and reinforcing adoption with internal and external stakeholders
  • Balance speed, accuracy, and competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where attention to detail is critical
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, teamwork, and an inclusion-focused mindset
  • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or computer and perform typing for the majority of the workday
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of working time, including occasional overnight or weekend travel

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or field related to job duties
  • or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelors degree

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in country where work will be performed on a full or part-time basis

Nice to have:
