The Operations Coordinator supports a working leader (Associate Director, Operations) within the Market Access Gap Closure Program by coordinating, executing, and communicating cross-functional initiatives that directly impact client experience and operational outcomes. This role functions as a project-management-style partner—serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, driving clear communication, maintaining rigorous documentation, and ensuring initiatives progress on time and with precision. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The position is designed as a developmental opportunity for individuals seeking growth into an Operations Manager role through hands-on exposure to program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support planning, execution, and tracking of Gap Closure Program initiatives in close partnership with internal teams and external clients, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and status communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or field related to job duties
