If you have experience working in a civils/building environment, then we would love to hear from you. You will work for our manufacturing/commercial clients in Johnny Littles team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead and motivate a site team to ensure day to day delivery of our programme, organising resource, plant and materials to deliver the works and undertake site management duties when required. You will be expected to set standards and act as a mentor to our less experienced team members. You will need to be positive, enthusiastic and solution focused, great at building and maintaining relationships and comfortable giving honest feedback. Technically you will have excellent Civil skills and experience in kerb laying, shallow to mid depth drainage, concrete finishing, paving and flagging.
