Are you a gaming specialist ready to take the reins of one of the Sunshine Coast's premier rooms? The Coolum Beach Hotel is looking for a high-performing Gaming Manager who has the experience and the drive to lead a massive, high-volume operation. This is a big room that requires a big personality. We need a leader who understands the mechanics of a successful gaming lounge, from machine performance and impeccable floor presentation to building genuine, long-term rapport with our local regulars. If you are a gaming pro who thrives in a fast-paced coastal environment and takes pride in running a 'best-in-class' room, this is your next move.

Requirements

  • Experience in gaming room world as attendant, supervisor, or manager
  • Learned from great managers
  • Confidence, pride, and people skills
  • Understanding of compliance and safe gaming
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling, lifting stock, kegs, deliveries)
