Gaming Manager | Broadbeach Tavern. Are you a gaming professional who knows how to deliver a 'Best in Class' experience in a flagship venue? The Broadbeach Tavern is looking for a dedicated Gaming Manager to own our premier lounge and lead a team that is famous for its service, standards, and energy. 'The Broadie' is a landmark site, and our gaming room is at the absolute core of our success. We aren't looking for a desk-bound administrator; we need a floor-focused leader who obsesses over room presentation, lives for player engagement, and knows exactly how to drive growth in a high-profile market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
  • Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
  • Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
  • Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Requirements:

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries)
  • Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
  • You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
  • You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
  • You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
  • You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
  • You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
