We’re looking for a passionate and driven Gaming Manager to join our Venue Leadership Team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a team from the front to create a standout gaming experience in a newly renovated room.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing gaming team
Drive customer engagement and elevate the gaming experience
Manage day-to-day gaming operations, compliance and performance
Partner closely with Venue Manager
Requirements:
A passion for customer experience and team development/training
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
RSA, RCG. RMLV & CLO (willingness to obtain)
