Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Gaming Finance Advisory team. The role focuses on providing advisory services to gaming operators, suppliers, and related entities, supporting them in navigating financial, regulatory, and operational challenges within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver finance advisory services to gaming and gaming-related clients
  • Support engagements across areas such as: Gaming business models and revenue streams
  • Financial analysis and performance reporting
  • Cost optimisation and margin analysis
  • Business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Regulatory-driven financial assessments
  • Develop financial models, dashboards, and analytical insights
  • Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations
  • Interact directly with client stakeholders and support meetings and workshops
  • Assist with proposal preparation and business development initiatives
  • Coach and support junior team members as required

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience within: The gaming / iGaming industry
  • Consulting or advisory roles serving gaming or regulated clients
  • Financial services or other regulated sectors with transferable expertise
  • Strong understanding of gaming industry operations, revenue mechanics, and cost structures
  • Solid financial analysis and modelling skills
  • Experience working in advisory, consulting, or transformation environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Exposure to gaming regulatory frameworks (e.g. MGA-related requirements)
  • Experience supporting licensed gaming operators or suppliers
  • Professional qualification or progress toward ACCA, ACA, CFA, or similar
  • Experience working with international or multi-jurisdictional gaming groups
