We’re working with a global tech platform that connects hundreds of millions of users through gaming content, communities, and digital experiences. They’re expanding their partnerships team and looking for someone to manage and grow key relationships with game developers across APAC. This role is focused on maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships, helping developers improve performance, and ensuring they get the most value from the platform.
Job Responsibility
Manage and grow relationships with key game developer partners
Support partners in improving revenue, user growth, and overall performance
Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver solutions
Guide partners on new features, product updates, and platform changes
Identify opportunities to improve partner performance using data and insights
Handle day-to-day partner needs, including troubleshooting and execution support
Occasionally support onboarding of new partners
Requirements
6+ years experience in gaming, partnerships, account management, or product roles
Strong experience working directly with game developers or within the gaming ecosystem
Comfortable managing external stakeholders and long-term partnerships
Good understanding of the digital/gaming industry
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required for market coverage)
Open to ~25% travel to Vietnam (once every quarter)
