Requirements

Prior customer service in a demanding environment preferred
Must have excellent customer service/communication skills
Must maintain a neat and professional appearance
Previous bartending experience
High school diploma or GED
At least six (6) months bartending experience in a full-service bar and/or restaurant
Must know cocktail/bar mixes and follow all recipes
Basic knowledge of Micros POS systems
Good people skills and knowledge of computers
Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays and overtime

Job Responsibility

Taking and preparing all drink orders for guests and beverage servers
Maintaining the bar area ensuring it is stocked, ready and clean
Greeting guests and team members eagerly
Assisting with guest questions regarding promotions, events, specials
Maintaining attendance to ensure coverage
Maintaining Departmental log(s) noting unusual occurrences, incidents, equipment failures, safety issues
Serving as a role model to staff and management
Helping maintain a workplace that is comfortable, clean, and fun
Interacting with customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Following all city, county, state, federal & tribal laws

Requirements

Minimum age requirement is 21
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration
Knowledge of wines, spirits, Beverage, Cordials and after dinner drinks
Must have cash handling experience
Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor guns.
