HB Leisure Ltd are looking for enthusiastic and people-centric individuals to work as Games & Stock Supervisor at Legoland Windsor! As a Games & Stock Supervisor, you will play a key role in the success of our games operation. You’ll support and lead a team of Games Operators while overseeing stock management to ensure kiosks around the park are fully supplied, well-presented, and operating smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of Games Operators to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple skill game kiosks, ensuring they are fully staffed, stocked, and guest‑ready
  • Manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries, organising storage areas, distributing stock across kiosks, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Monitor stock usage and identify trends, highlighting replenishment needs or discrepancies to management
  • Engage with guests and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout the park
  • Support performance monitoring and revenue targets, encouraging the team to achieve daily goals
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
  • Address kiosk or equipment issues, escalating to management or maintenance as needed
  • Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new team members
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, including cleanliness, signage, and prize displays
