As a Games & Stock Supervisor, you will play a key role in the success of our games operation. You’ll support and lead a team of Games Operators while overseeing stock management to ensure kiosks around the park are fully supplied, well-presented, and operating smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, support, and motivate a team of Games Operators to deliver exceptional guest service
Oversee daily operations across multiple skill game kiosks, ensuring they are fully staffed, stocked, and guest‑ready
Manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries, organising storage areas, distributing stock across kiosks, and maintaining accurate inventory records
Monitor stock usage and identify trends, highlighting replenishment needs or discrepancies to management
Engage with guests and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout the park
Support performance monitoring and revenue targets, encouraging the team to achieve daily goals
Ensure compliance with health & safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
Address kiosk or equipment issues, escalating to management or maintenance as needed
Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new team members
Maintain high standards of presentation, including cleanliness, signage, and prize displays
Requirements:
Strong communicator with natural leadership skills
Positive, outgoing, and confident engaging with guests of all ages
Honest, reliable, and responsible with a strong work ethic
Passionate about hospitality and creating joyful moments
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced outdoor environment
Available on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
