Job Responsibility

Preparing work to enter the galvanizing process particularly in pickling and jigging area
Operating overhead crane equipment and forklifts
Ensuring working areas are kept safe and tidy, working with colleagues and company systems to highlight any concerns
Following training and procedures for all production-based activities and practices in your area

Job Responsibility

General handling of steel products
Hand wiring of products to jigs in preparation of the galvanizing process
Operation of overhead crane equipment
Involvement in different parts of the galvanizing process where products are dipped into zinc to prevent them from rusting
Inspection of products throughout the process to ensure excellent quality products are produced for customers
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
