External Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, and external stakeholders, mirroring Addepar’s high standards of service
Expense Management: Meticulously manage and file expenses, ensuring compliance with company policy and timely reimbursement
Operational Efficiency: Support the Sr. EA on project coordination, tracking timelines, and following up on action items to keep the CEO’s initiatives on track
Team Support: Assist with planning team events, off-sites, and internal activities for the G&A organization
Growth Path: Over time, take on additional administrative responsibilities for the CFO and COO, scaling your impact across the leadership team

NYC Based: Ability to work from the NYC office at least 3 days a week, with the flexibility to match the CEO’s in-office schedule
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
