The FxN (Fulfilled by Nike) team is a key part of Nike Digital. This team partner closely with Nike Marketplace Partners to capture consumer demand on partner sites by leveraging Nike Digital inventory. This business has seen significant growth over the past year and remains a top strategic priority.
Job Responsibility:
Develop partner-specific commercial plans and targets to maximize both sell-in and sell-through
Build and maintain strong relationships with selected partners and their teams, as well as internal Nike departments
Oversee the end-to-end process, including order tracking, input, retail release, and delivery information
Act as the primary link between Planning, Digital Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Marketplace teams to ensure executional excellence
Use your knowledge of competitors and the digital landscape to adjust business plans and quickly act on commercial opportunities
Continuously drive clear and efficient processes to find efficiencies and improve ways of working across teams
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in account or vendor management within the Partner Program or 3P (Third Party) space
A solid understanding of the digital marketplace across sales, merchandising, planning, or competitive insights
Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
An agile, proactive team player with a commercial mindset and a structured, resilient approach to driving accountability
