This is a conversion-focused sales role working with warm leads, offering strong earning potential and clear career progression within a high-performance environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Contact and convert warm leads into funded trading accounts
  • Build strong relationships with Brazilian clients and support them through the onboarding process
  • Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market opportunities
  • Drive client deposits and increase trading activity
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximise client lifetime value

Requirements

  • Native/fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in sales, tele sales, or conversion roles (FX, crypto, or iGaming is advantageous)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance and earnings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment
