co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle
lead and drive FX product initiatives iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod

Requirements:
At least 8-10 years of Product Manager or Business Analyst experience in an Agile delivery model within the financial industry
Sound understanding of Trading is highly desirable, preferably in the FX space
Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical experience with trading applications
Strong communication and collaboration skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
Attitude to own and drive the changes from inception to roll-out
Setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
