FX Counselor Lead

• Generate revenue by selling Foreign Exchange products to CGW clients
• Provide relevant market updates and insight to clients and stakeholders
• Price and execute spot, forward, option contracts and FX derivative solutions
• Calculate and monitor FX credit limit utilization
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and FX Sales in the development and implementation of new business initiatives for Foreign Exchange
• Call on clients throughout the CGW target market to determine FX needs
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with CGW clients
• Maintain thorough knowledge of CGW FX products and services while keeping up to date on market news and events
• Develop strong working knowledge of all marketplace offerings and competitors' strengths and weaknesses
• Monitor trends and developments in customer's businesses and in the financial services industry
• Assess risk when making business decisions and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• A good track record of experience in a similar role
• Sales and trading experience in financial services and the FX Market
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with both internal staff and external clients
• FX market knowledge and experience
• Strong IT skills essential
• Strong analytical skills essential
• Ability to develop strong working relationships across functional and geographical lines
• Regulated role with applicable/mandatory licenses and/or qualifications
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
• Must be assessed as fit and proper under FCA and PRA Certification Regime
