APM Employment Services is a leading provider of Employment Services across Australia. Our purpose is to enable better lives through our commitment to supporting individuals to find the right support within our various employment programs. We are seeking a dynamic Futures Advisor for the Geelong Region to develop strategic marketing and business development initiatives that promote inclusive employment programs and allied health services (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support). This role will drive growth, by attracting participants to our vast range of services, through building strong partnerships with schools, NDIS providers, participants and their families, whilst enhancing visibility across community, government, and industry stakeholders.

  • Contribute to tooling, automation, and process improvements that make future advisor migrations faster and more sustainable
  • Travel within the United States as needed (approximately 2-4 times per quarter) for customer migrations and collaboration sessions, typically 2 days each
