Job Description:

Future Retail Leaders Mentorship and Development Programme. This is an internal-only opportunity. The Future Retail Leaders Development Programme is a 6-month development journey designed to prepare you for your first Store Manager role. It is a hands-on, immersive experience that will build the capability, confidence and commercial thinking needed to lead a store.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build confidence leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Develop understanding of orders, forecasting, and commercial drivers
  • Strengthen coaching, communication and team development skills
  • Receive ongoing support from UK&I Retailers
  • Participate in in-person experiences including shop visits and collaborative learning sessions
  • Develop skills to confidently step into Manager interviews
  • Complete final sign-off including a mock interview

Requirements:

  • Supervisors and Trainees who work 32+ hours per week and have at least one year of experience
  • Is excited about becoming a Store Manager
  • Is willing to relocate or commute for the right opportunity
  • Want to invest in their development and step outside their comfort zone
  • Is ready to be challenged, coached and supported over 6 months
