Job Description:

Are you a master of organization with a love for creating efficient spaces? Join us as a Furniture Planner to help design stylish and functional kitchens and wardrobes, inspiring customers with personalized solutions for their everyday lives.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and designing kitchens and wardrobes during initial and follow-up appointments
Engaging with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
Supporting sales by ensuring areas are clean, well-presented, and easy to shop
Responding to customer emails and securing payments in-store and remotely
Communicating with customers via email, text, and calls from pre-appointment to purchase completion
Supporting customer shopping experiences with other tasks such as replenishing products and handling orders

Requirements:

Interest in people’s life at home and ability to provide personalized solutions
Experience working in customer-oriented business focused on sales targets and customer conversion rates
Initiative and openness to change with problem-solving and communication skills
Confidence in learning and working with various computer programs including Microsoft Office suite and Planning Tools
