Joining us as a Funeral Cluster Manager, you’ll oversee the funeral business and guide our teams in driving ongoing financial growth while maintaining excellent care standards, all through highly motivated and engaged teams across multiple funeral branches.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the funeral business and guide teams in driving ongoing financial growth while maintaining excellent care standards
  • Ensure delivery of an industry prominent funeral service and deliver profitable market share growth by supporting a culture of value, choice and care
  • Work closely with Funeral Directors to develop local activity plans throughout the year
  • Support the design and delivery of our Funeral business plan
  • Monitor and manage budget and scorecard performance
  • Prioritise colleague, Member, and client safety through embedding safety and security procedures
  • Support teams with regular feedback and recognition
  • Boost teams’ development through regular training
  • Audit work schedules to ensure full coverage and accurate pay
  • Lead an inclusive culture, where everyone feels welcome

Requirements:
