Shape a Seamless Onboarding Experience for Our Clients – Bring your precision, curiosity, and commitment to quality into a role that keeps our business moving. Join us as a Funds Onboarding Analyst, where you will play a key role in integrating new investment funds into our operational framework and ensuring every onboarding journey is delivered smoothly, accurately, and in line with regulatory expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding activity, including Credit Due Diligence, Legal Due Diligence, review work, reporting, trading support, and resolving issues
  • Work closely with clients and front-office teams to gather Customer Due Diligence information and ensure records are onboarded or updated in accordance with policy
  • Partner with teams across the bank to align onboarding processes, identify opportunities for enhancement, and recommend meaningful improvements
  • Contribute to wider projects and strategies designed to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of our Wholesale Onboarding framework

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Suite
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Multitasking capabilities
