Job Description:

The focus of this role will be on funds work, although, as is typical in offshore practices, there will also be exposure to corporate and finance matters. Applicants are not required to have specialised exclusively in funds, but must demonstrate solid relevant experience, particularly at a more senior level. You will advise on all aspects of investment funds, including formation, structuring, and the ongoing operation and lifecycle management of funds, as well as related corporate matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ PQE
  • Stable and impressive career background
  • Experience gained at leading City or UK national firms, or at well-regarded firms in Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
  • Solid relevant experience in funds work, particularly at a more senior level
  • Exposure to corporate and finance matters is typical
