Funds Controller

• Efficiently executes investment fund orders with custodians and transfer agents, ensuring compliance with cut-off times
• Keeps a close eye on executed and pending orders, contract notes, and reminders to counterparties, while maintaining pre and post-execution controls
• Handles treasury announcements to ensure custodian accounts are adequately funded, while controlling and enriching the fund values in the reference database
• Actively contribute to team and process improvements, offering suggestions and participating in projects and developments
• Trains new team members and provides feedback and follow-up on specific topics to the team leader
• Assists with escalations and supports the team leader with necessary controls (KSP, KPI, Incident Reporting, Service Reviews)

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or similar
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of other languages is a plus

• Excellent communication skills
