Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to grow and optimise donor retention through digital channels, working across teams to deliver impactful campaigns and analyse results
  • Developing and managing supporter segmentation, creating targeted products and communication strategies to increase donor value and retention
  • Generating supporter insights through research and surveys to improve fundraising performance and drive innovation
  • Ensuring excellent donor experience, overseeing supporter services, mentoring team members, and sharing best practices globally

Requirements:
