Job Responsibility

Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to grow and optimise donor retention through digital channels, working across teams to deliver impactful campaigns and analyse results

Generating supporter insights through research and surveys to improve fundraising performance and drive innovation
Ensuring excellent donor experience, overseeing supporter services, mentoring team members, and sharing best practices globally
