Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and engaged Campaign Support Team aka Fundraising Operations Assistants to help deliver our annual campaign. This role will be required to work from our Santa Monica office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with additional in-office days as needed to support. Job Responsibility

  • Be the voice of Movember, responding to all telephone, email, live chat, and sms inquiries from our community in a fast and effective manner
  • Process offline donations and gift matching requests efficiently
  • Support on research, outreach, data management and project work as required
  • Identify any patterns or issues with the website and escalate these so they can be addressed
  • Support the Social Media inboxes and fundraising pages
  • Support post-campaign with ‘thank yous’
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Attend local events, where necessary, to give our fundraisers a remarkable experience, which can include work at evenings and weekends
  • Support the Operations Team with picking, packing, and mailing Movember Merchandise to our constituents
  • Support the Movember Marketing Team to identify community fundraisers for potential media opportunities
  • Effectively manage and steward inbound new business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with and support the Fundraising Team on key fundraiser or donor opportunities
