Job Description

As our Fundraising Operations and Stewardship Executive, you're the engine room behind that experience. You're the person who makes sure everything runs cleanly, accurately, and warmly, so our fundraisers feel the love at every touchpoint. Day to day, you'll be the first port of call for our incredible community of donors and fundraisers, handling enquiries with care and keeping our Salesforce data in great shape. You'll process payments, manage gift aid, produce reports, and help ensure our stewardship plans, from thanking campaigns to print and merchandise fulfilment, land on time and on budget. When November comes around, you'll step up alongside the Head of Fundraising Operations to train and support the campaign operations team, bringing structure and steadiness to one of our biggest moments of the year. Beyond the campaign itself, you'll get your hands on meaningful work across challenge events and multi-market reward and incentives programmes, contributing ideas that help us retain and grow our supporter base across the UK and Europe. You'll be someone who takes real pride in the detail, because here, the detail matters. Every report, every response, and every perfectly timed thank you is part of how we show up for the men we exist to serve.
