Join Our Client's Team as a Fundraising Assistant! Are you passionate about making a difference in the charity sector? Our client is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Assistant to join their dynamic Relationship Development team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your fundraising skills while supporting vital causes!

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the first point of contact for our supporters, both in person and on the phone
Provide essential fundraising and administrative support to our busy team
Build and nurture relationships with supporters, ensuring a warm and empathetic approach
Collaborate closely with colleagues to facilitate the efficient operation of the Fundraising team

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Strong task management and prioritisation skills
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Empathetic communication skills, especially when discussing sensitive topics like bereavement
A good level of general education
