Join our client's vibrant team as a Temporary Fundraising Administrator! Located in the picturesque Osgathorpe, North West Leicestershire, this role is perfect for individuals passionate about making a difference through charity. During our busy seasonal fundraising period, you'll be the backbone of our Individual Giving and Database team. Your mission? To provide exceptional administrative support that ensures every donor and supporter feels valued!

Job Responsibility:

  • Process banking and manage daily administrative tasks
  • Answer inbound calls, taking donations or payments
  • Craft 'thank you' letters for supporters
  • Send renewal updates to regular givers
  • Distribute membership packs and stewardship communications
  • Perform data cleansing to keep records accurate

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working with data & dogs
