Job Description:

滙豐證券服務部提供包括證券保管、結算、股務、資金匯兌服務及基金會計、基金事務服務給國際及國內專業投資機構。

Job Responsibility:

Ensure effective and correct Transfer Agency operations, and ensures the accuracy and timely dispatch of customer and regulatory reports
Foster positive client relationships
Problem solving on system or operation procedures
Improve standard of service and operation efficiency
Initiate system enhancement requirement and work with multiple internal/external parties
Speak up and timely escalation for process improvement as well as client issues

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above with major of business related
Extensive knowledge and at least 3 years experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems
Good command of English both in writing and speaking
Good communication and management skills
Trust professional licence is preferred plus preferably SITE professional licences
銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗及金融道德與常識測驗 are required
GPAD covered

Nice to have:

Trust professional licence
SITE professional licences
