This isn’t just another reporting role. You’ll be stepping into a high-growth real estate investment platform actively deploying capital, launching new vehicles, and scaling fast. Translation: more exposure, more ownership, more upside. Direct exposure to senior leadership + decision-making. Opportunity to grow into a Controller seat (proven track record). Job Responsibility

  • Full oversight of fund-level accounting + reporting (ASC 946)
  • Lead audits and tax processes (you’re the point person)
  • Manage 3rd-party fund administrators
  • Drive investor reporting + LP communication
  • Partner cross-functionally with asset management + leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years in real estate / fund accounting
  • Strong understanding of capital activity, allocations, and fund structures
  • Someone with presence, communication skills, and leadership edge
  • Ready to move from execution → ownership
