Run point on audits & tax (not just support—ownership). Oversee 3rd party administrators and drive accountability. Partner across asset management, IR, and senior leadership. Work across value-add funds, SMAs, and JV structures. Who this is for: 5+ years in real estate / fund accounting. Strong experience with capital calls, distributions, NAVs, ASC 946. Someone with ownership mentality + leadership presence. CPA + Yardi = strong plus. The upside: Clear runway to Controller-level progression.
