As a Fund Manager, you will take on elevated ownership across fund operations, reporting, and team oversight. The firm invests in high-yield, risk-adjusted opportunities that fall outside traditional asset classes—such as litigation finance, specialty agriculture, water rights, media finance, and select real asset categories.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all Fund and GP general ledger activities
Manage quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accurate financial statements
Partner with finance leadership on audit, tax, and compliance deliverables
Maintain oversight of capital call/distribution processes
Review and enhance reporting packages prepared by the accounting team
Advise on complex, non-routine fund or transaction issues
Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff
Collaborate closely with Investor Relations on LP communications
Serve as a key point of contact between internal leadership and external providers
Requirements:
4–7+ years of Private Equity Fund Accounting or Public Accounting (PE audit)
Strong understanding of fund structures, allocations, and private equity transactions
Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience
Strong technical accounting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
